Chuck Mascari, Jr. is the President of Waypoint. Mascari entered the foodservice business working for a family-owned sales and marketing agency (C. Mascari and Associates) in 1991 and held many roles within operations.

Later, he held various positions in operator sales and served as an account executive until 1997. That year, he assumed leadership over the operator sales team. He also managed C. Mascari and Associates’ client teams and channel teams through 2003. He became president of the company in 2004.

Mascari and Associates along with other successful regional firms formed Waypoint in 2012, where Mascari served as Midwest division president.

Kevin White is the executive vice president of clients & customers for Waypoint. Since beginning with Kraft General Foods in 1986, White has been privileged to work in foodservice.

White was a regional sales manager for Sara Lee for several years before becoming a partner at FSI in 1992. White and his partners acquired their largest competitor in 2000 and later merged to become FSI Southwest, LLC in 2008.

In 2012, White and his partners helped form Waypoint when his company merged with seven other industry-leading regional brokers. As a well-respected leader, White draws on his vast industry and business experience to drive results for our partner companies. As an important member of the executive team, White designs and executes our client and customer strategy and execution.

Dan Dougherty, Executive Vice President of Sales

Dan Dougherty was named Executive Vice President of Sales June 2019 after serving as President of Segment Sales, Division President of the West and Central Division and Division Vice President of Central.

Before becoming president of DBC Foods, an industry-leading Regional Sales and Marketing Agency based out of Omaha, NE, Dougherty held positions starting as a warehouse manager,  Account Executive, Sales & Marketing Manager, and General Manager.

In 2012, DBC joined 7 other industry-leading Regional Brokers to form Waypoint.  Under Dougherty’s leadership, Waypoint has continued to transform and evolve to serve the Industry’s best clients and Foodservice operators.
