Combine 2 tablespoons of Clamato® with the mayonnaise to make a Bloody Mary mayonnaise.
Slice each sausage in half and sear each side in a hot skillet until cooked through and browned on the outside.
Cut the rolls in half and spread your Bloody Mary mayonnaise on the bottom halves. Top each half with a whole sausage, a slice of cheese, and a slice of tomato.
